Company Registration
Once your company registers and registration is approved, you will become a member and your company will have access to view all our exclusive agreements and purchase materials and/or services through any JC Procurement Solutions agreement. We can also provide you with a quote or a price analysis so you can see how much you can save. Registration is free and there is no minimum order or spend obligations.
Members
Any business can register and become a member upon approval and purchase through any of our existing agreements. There are no dues or fees to join. After you register you will receive an email with the membership application, once you complete the membership application and email it to us along with your company W-9 we will review your registration.
As a member, you will have access to deep discounts by utilizing our exclusive negotiated agreements. There are no obligations to make any purchases. You choose which of our agreements you want to utilize and transact directly with the supplier(s) as you normally would and let them know you are a member and they will assist you. Our suppliers then deliver the products and/or services you ordered and bill you directly under the pricing of the proposal. There is an administrative fee when members make a purchase for goods and/or services. The administrative fee will vary by contract and either be added on every supplier invoice or invoiced by JC Procurement Solutions.
By being a member you can confidently purchase through our agreements with any of the awarded suppliers and receive our pricing discounts and favorable terms and conditions when making your purchases. JC Procurement Solutions has already done all the work for you therefore you don’t have to invest your time and energy in conducting your own procurement processes.
